The walker7 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older, as required by PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling in the Philippines. walker7 does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.
If walker7 becomes aware that it has inadvertently collected personal data from an individual below the minimum age requirement, it will immediately suspend the relevant Account, delete or securely destroy the personal data collected, and report the incident to PAGCOR as required under its licensing conditions.
Parents and guardians who have reason to believe that a minor has created a walker7 Account or submitted personal data to the Platform are encouraged to contact the DPO immediately at the contact address in Section 15 so that the matter can be investigated and resolved promptly.
